Location and staff were very good, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast had plenty of options, pastries and bacon. It was fairly clean, I will choose the place for future trips.

There were excellent staff and location for a good stay in the room. I loved the room with kitchen, my bed was comfy. Variety of meals for breakfast, including cereals and pastries.

We had a relaxing stay in a long time. The room was huge, with 2 queen beds.

The hotel is clean, with attentive personal, and offers amazing location near the river and attraction and train station/bus and the Art Institute.

We appreciated staff and rooms here.

I enjoyed everything, it was fine. The room was large and non-smoking when I arrived. They provided a delicious American breakfast on site. Certainly a very good experience for short stay in Chicago.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was cheerful, room was well-kept and location was comfortable. The place was set about 20 minutes walk from the downtown. I loved savoury breakfast served daily. They provided nice service too.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was magnificent really close to the magnificent mile and millenium park, River. The staff were consistently courteous and pleasant as well, would stay here again.

The place is bright and reasonably clean, it offers reasonably priced breakfast and prime location close to attractions. Its worth staying here and exploring Chicago Loop district;))

The hotel is tidy, I loved its fabulous staff and location. The pool is amazing and relaxing too. There's secure parking available and free internet too. It's in a nice building in the charming area. The beach is good and the views are lovely!

The whole place was tidy, I liked it, and had fab location and rooms. The bkfast staff had a very pleasant manner. The bed was super comfy and it was great having dining area and full-length windows. There was a FABULOUS restaurant, shops and a market next door.

Phenomenal location, extremely comfy bed, very very good breakfast. There were cosy rooms with a wonderful bathroom. Pool was good, comfortable to sit around. The beach was excellent!

The hotel appeared to be exceptional and I loved location and staff. Really comfy bed, luxury bathroom and microwave, air conditioner and full-length windows in the room. The staff did all they can for a SPECIAL stay. The venue itself was in a residential area. Smooth check-in was a bonus.

An outstanding hotel in Chicago. Good value, optimal location, wonderful views. It was across the central area. I loved that the venue was close to the airport, 18 minutes drive. Breakfast looked adequate with lots of options.
